TROTON CLEAR COAT GLOSS

One-component colorless spray varnish based on high-quality acrylic resin.
It allows you to obtain a quick-drying, very durable coating resistant to minor mechanical damage and weather conditions, including UV radiation

Can be applied directly to metal (except stainless steel), wood, concrete, brick.

To achieve the full effect, apply 1 to 2 layers, depending on their thickness, which should be between 50 and 100 μm of the wet layer. The clearcoat, both matte and gloss, is fully dry after 24 hours of drying. The drying time depends on the temperature, humidity and the thickness of the applied coating.
It is important to apply acrylic varnish on matted and degreased coatings. Good surface preparation is essential to achieve the best repair results

Use:

• Tape areas that are to remain unpainted.
• Before use, shake the container for approx. 2 - 3 minutes and perform a test spray.
• Apply from a distance of approx. 25 cm.
• Apply one or two coats as needed.
• After finishing the application, it is recommended to set the aerosol with the valve down and press the release button for about 5 seconds - this will facilitate the reuse of the product and preserve its existing properties as well as protect the nozzle from possible clogging.

Coverage: 1 to 2 layers, depending on layer thickness
Coating thickness: 50 to 100 μm wet layer (depending on the surface structure)

Drying times at 20°C*:

• tack free: after about 5 - 8 minutes
• touch dry: after about 60 minutes
• fully dry: after about 24 hours
