Stonechip protection 1K Waterbase 1 Liter
Bitumen-based underbody protection sprayable
Quick-drying Mono-component sealant featuring stone chip protection and a finely-textured appearance, suitable for overpainting. Offers good soundproofing and protects metal sheets from moisture, salt, smog, and abrasions caused by gravel and stones. Elastic and crack-resistant, it is versatile for various applications and suitable for vehicles such as cars, trucks, etc.
Substrates
It has very good adhesion to all kinds of metals as well as lacquered surfaces, old paint coatings, wood and plastics.
Application process

- The surface to be covered must be clean, dry, dust-free, degreased and cleaned of rust.
- Shake the package before use.
- Stonechip protection can be applied with an air gun at a pressure of 3 – 6 bar.
- The optimal spray distance is about 30 cm.
- If a thicker layer is recommended, it is recommended to dry the coating before applying the next layer.
- Clean contaminated surfaces and fixtures with solvent.
