The jet X nozzle concept is based on the innovative labyrinth airflow system. It guides the air in the nozzle to exit each orifice at precisely the same pressure and free of turbulence and pulsation. This enables us to achieve exceptionally fine and homogeneous atomization and a new level of surface quality for both HVLP and RP technology.

Product advantages

  • Innovative labyrinth airflow system for outstanding atomization
  • Uniform spray pattern with clearly defined fade-out zones
  • Two jet shapes: “O” (Speed) and “I” (Control), with constant fan dimensions for all nozzle sizes
  • Available in the following versions: BASIC, DIGITAL ready, DIGITAL and DIGITAL pro
  • jet X DIGITAL Pro: Display of inlet pressure, operating time and ambient temperature; adjustable target value for the inlet pressure with alarm function; digital dashboard; easy change from bar to psi and from °C to °F and much more
  • The patented Quick Cup Connector ensures that the flow cup is held firmly in place with just a 1/4 turn, making the work of cleaning or changing the cup considerably easier.
  • The QC Quick Change thread allows an easy and quick air cap exchange with just one and a half turns.
  • You will receive an extended warranty on SATA paint spray guns, filters and main breathing apparatus free of charge.
