Intergum 1 Liter

Bitumen-based underbody protection sprayable

Quick-drying bitumen and wax-based agent designed to permanently protect undercarriage against corrosion. When dry, it leaves a firmly adhering film, giving good mechanical protection in varying climatic conditions. It is characterized by excellent sound dampening properties. It is not subject to painting with any paint systems.

Substrates

It has very good adhesion to all kinds of metals as well as lacquered surfaces, old paint coatings, wood and plastics.

Do not use on Teflon.

Application process

    • The surface to be covered must be clean, dry, dust-free, degreased and cleaned of rust.
    • Shake the package before use.
    • Intergum agent can be applied with an air gun at a pressure of 3 – 6 bar.
    • The optimal spray distance is about 30 cm.
    • If a thicker layer is recommended, it is recommended to dry the coating before applying the next layer.
    • Clean contaminated surfaces and fixtures with solvent.

    DO NOT USE ON TEFLON

    Note: for safety purposes, always follow the data on the Material Safety Data Sheet for the product.

    Dry to the touch*: 120 -180 minutes at 600 μm wet film.
    Completely dry*: 4 – 6 hours at 600 μm wet film
    Removal method: fresh coating – solvent, cured coating – mechanical.
    * at 20°C and 65% relative humidity.
