Brayt T1 Extra Cut - Polishing compound

Description

BRAYT T1 EXTRA CUT is a polishing compound suitable for use on all types of lacquers in automotive sector, including hard, scratch resistant lacquers (also ceramic lacquers). Product recommended for fresh and old paint coatings. Easily removes scratches and traces from P1500 sanding paper. Silicone free, no fillers.

To obtain higher gloss use BRAYT T2 ANTIHOLOGRAM & MICROSCRATCH REMOVER in the second polishing step.

• Application

  • On hard and scratch-resistant lacquers, use the compound with a lambswool or hard polishing foam.
  • Apply small amount of polishing compound on the polishing pad or surface to be treated.
  • When using a new polishing pad, it is recommended to apply the compound on the applicator and pre-polish the surface.
  • Polish with a rotary polisher in a speed range of 1200 – 1600 RPM, applying light or medium pressure
  • Polish until all scratches have been removed.
  • Remove all polishing compound residue using microfiber cloth.
  • When polishing large surfaces, it is recommended to polish smaller sections at a time.
