This HEPA certified dust extractor is designed to be an integral part of our dust-free sanding systems with three layers of dust protection.

It is ideal for use in combination with both Mirka’s electric and pneumatic tools as well as with our ergonomic hand-sanding blocks.

 It has a high performance motor and turbine, which creates 250 mbar vacuum and 4500 l/min air flow. 

The AutoStart function increases the lifetime of the motor and reduces noise.

Flat top with space for storage and large wheels for better maneuverability.

Pneumatic box for use with the Mirka DE-1230-Hepa-PC Dust Collector

Mirka Pneumatic Tool Auto On/Off Box for DE-1230-PC Dust Extractor (DE-1200PB) allows for automatic on/off of the vacuum with when using pneumatic air tools. 

The DE-1200PB detects tool air flow and automatically starts/stops so vacuum only operates when required. No additional power source is required to operate.

The DE-1200PB may also be used with the Mirka MV-DOF-V Mirka Dual Operator Vacuum Kit allowing two machines to be used at once.
