Ceramic body treatment is a rather complicated and time-consuming procedure that requires professionalism and mandatory adherence to the technological process. It is sometimes referred to as ceramic car polishing, although preparatory polishing and the actual coating are not one but two different processes.

Before applying ceramics to a car, several preparatory procedures are required:

  • Three-phase detailing car body wash
  • Washing and cleaning doorways
  • Removal of stubborn dirt and bitumen stains
  • Body cleaning with synthetic clay or auto-scrub system
  • Degreasing the body
  • Professional body polishing
  • Re-degreasing the body

APPLICATION OF CERAMICSCeramic coatings are applied to the  car body using a special applicator or spray gun.

The application of the ceramic coating takes place in a few layers, you need to keep strictly specified time intervals between the layers.

The final step is drying  coating  using infrared lamps.

Bake each panel with an IR lamp to reach a surface temperature of 60°C (140°F) for 15 min at a distance of ~ 30-36″ from the surface

If your cars body treated with ceramics, you can use the car no earlier than 8 hours after the completion of all work, and the first car wash can be performed after 14 days.

After applying ceramics, the car body will acquire with a deep shine, the color will become more saturated, and the surface will be protected from various negative influences.
